Important Regulations for Student Dormitories

1. Students must comply with the 《Student Dormitory Regulations》 and the 《Student Dormitory Accommodation Contract》. Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary actions, including dismissal from the dormitory.
2. If you do any of the actions below, you’ll be expelled from the dorm right away, and must move out within 14 days. You will lose both your deposit and all rent you’ve already paid, and the school will not help you find other housing.：
   1. Break the dorm rules and the school orders you to leave.
   2. Let someone else use your room, or allow non-residents to enter, without permission.
   3. Change rooms or beds without permission twice.
   4. Smoke anywhere in the dorm area—including rooms, common spaces, and the courtyard.
   5. Cook anywhere in the dorm without permission.

   Jika Anda melakukan salah satu tindakan berikut, Anda akan segera dikeluarkan dari asrama dan harus pindah dalam waktu 14 hari. Anda akan kehilangan uang jaminan dan seluruh uang sewa yang telah dibayarkan, dan pihak sekolah tidak akan membantu mencarikan tempat tinggal lain.

   1. Melanggar “Peraturan Pengelolaan Asrama” dan diperintahkan keluar oleh pihak sekolah.
   2. Mengizinkan orang lain menggunakan kamar Anda, atau mengizinkan orang luar memasuki asrama tanpa izin.

   Nếu bạn thực hiện bất kỳ hành vi nào dưới đây, bạn sẽ bị buộc phải rời khỏi ký túc xá ngay lập tức và phải chuyển đi trong vòng 14 ngày. Bạn sẽ mất tiền đặt cọc và toàn bộ tiền thuê đã nộp, và nhà trường sẽ không hỗ trợ tìm chỗ ở khác.

3. A daily curfew check is conducted at 23:00 in the dormitory lobby using the student ID card system.
4. If there are special reasons to change rooms or beds, students must submit an application during the designated period. Each student may apply only once per semester
5. Students must use their student ID cards to enter or exit through the dormitory access control system and ensure the doors are closed properly. Lending ID cards to others is strictly prohibited.
6. The following behaviors are strictly forbidden: smoking, gambling, drinking alcohol, stealing, making loud noises, damaging public property, or accommodating unauthorized guests.
7. The use of personal electrical appliances (such as heaters, electric cookers, hot pots, refrigerators, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the dormitory.
8. After the semester ends, students who wish to continue staying must follow the fee standards: Winter break accommodation is charged at the current student rate, summer break accommodation is charged at the alumni temporary rate. However, students who have re-enrolled (with proof provided) or those in the special tutoring program will be charged according to the current student rate. All fees must be paid before moving in, and residents must sign and comply with all dormitory regulations.
